Prevent binding in actuators when they are not perfectly aligned.  West Salem Tool couplers allow for 0.030″ of misalignment.  Benefits of using an alignment coupler:

West Salem Tool alignment couplers are less expensive, more durable, smaller, and more versatile than other alignment couplers.  Commonly available couplers from often cost more than $70 each.  Our couplers are made from hardened tool steel, tougher than nearly any operating conditions.  Most couplers are bulky and add length to the application, but our couplers add only 1.125″.
